Saft is a Swedish fruit or flower concentrate, mixed with water to make a drink. Think of it as the beginning, not the whole recipe.
Swedish Saft brings a fresh perspective to Al Johnson’s concentrates: dirty sodas, easy spritzes, and alcohol-free drinks worth lingering over. The flavors you start with are Swedish. Where you take them is up to you.
